UTI affect pregnancy test?

Ive had a uti and am currently on antibiotics. AF is due on monday but I just feel twinges in my stomach, tingly boobs, heartburn and just not my usual self. I know uti can make you feel offside but I dont feel unwell just feel the odd twinge here and there. Ive done tests which are negative (no early testing ones) but tested because i just feel these odd things. I dont usually get any AF symptoms so I cant imagine suddenly starting to get symptoms. So after rambling, could a uti affect a positive result or am I just too early?

There is no reason it would affect the test per se, however normally with a UTI you need to pee a lot so it may be that your urine is too weak. Antibiotics can also play havoc with your stomach causing nausea, heartburn and stomach ache, so I wouldn't read too much into it. Good lu k. I hope you feel better soon
