I started vitex on the 11th off April that evening I started spotting I was super excited because I haven’t had a period for over a year because off bc ..... i kept thinking any day now I will have a full blown af ... nothing happened I just continued to spot from light pink to brown then back to pink this has continued until the 22nd off April then just abruptly stopped... since then I have had pinching in my left side ( assuming my ovary) and lower back ache ... the pinching and cramping is on and off but I even noticed it when I was walking to pick my dd up from school .... I have unprotected sex every day since the 11th .... could I be pregnant without having a full blown period or could it be something else ???
