Ovary pain after fertile time?

Basically, I recently found out that my IUD had fallen out (I had an ultrasound and an x-ray.) Before this, I had unprotected sex thinking that I still had the copper IUD. My menstrual cycle has also changed from 28 days to around 30-31 days and I'm all over the place with my dates. But I quite in tune with my body and so I know generally when I am fertile.

Now I was meant to ovulate on the 23rd of April. I had unprotected sex on the 20th and 21st of April, as well as the 13th. For a few days now I have been experiencing cramp-like pain in my lower stomach though it's barely noticeable, and also dull pain in both of my ovaries and cervix. Because I had unprotected sex I could very well be pregnant, especially since now I am uncertain when I ovulated as I didn't notice the usual ovulation mucus or the cramps I get on the day.

Could this be a sign of pregnancy? I could have ovulated earlier than the 23rd for all I know and I have read that some people experience this sort of pain very early on. It's nothing I felt before so I'm a wee bit freaked out.

If it helps, I had my period on the 7th and finished on the 13th, and according to my period tracker it' meant to start again on the 7th of May.

Hi, I get ovary pain from ov date through to af. I have cysts though and very aware of it every month.

I've not been on contraception for 2 years.

I'm wondering if the pain is there as the hormones to "mask" it aren't there.

Obviously there's a chance you could be pregnant but I think it's too early for impltto have taken place if you did ovulate when you thought you should have.

Wait a week or so and do a test if your af hasn't showed ❤️

To clarify, I had the non-hormonal IUD so I'm not having any withdrawal symptoms.

The thing is that I don't think I did ovulate on that day, and even 2 to 3 days before ovulation there is still a fairly high chance of pregnancy which has me paranoid haha. I just hate waiting, it feels like my period is forever away!

I already have bought the First response pregnancy tests ready (shows 6 days early.) Now I just have to wait it out and not waste money. I'm already picturing myself covered in diapers and poop lol! Thanks for your advice
