Opk as pregnancy test

I'm 10 dpo with AF not due for another 8 days (I ovulate on CD11). My boobs have been getting tender over past two days and today are so sore that I have considered taking painkillers. I do usually get tender boobs before AF but this is around 4 days before it's due. AF is regular as clockwork so would be surprised if it was early. Anyway was hunting for a test last night and all I could find were two out of date opk's that are designed to go in the digital reader (which is long gone). I tried one out anyway and immediately two lines came up (about as dark as each other). Tried the other one with FMU and same result although both lines but clearer this AM. Can't get a proper test until tomorrow at earliest but could this actually mean anything? Anyone had any experience of the same thing?

They can deffo pick up a pregnancy
But obviously you’ll have to wait to get a proper test to confirm

An OPK can pick up hcg, but the amount would need to be very high so at 10dpo its very unlikely an opk would be a reliable pt.

You can see a second LH surge if you didn't ovulate successfully first time, just before af (or a bfp). Try with an frer for a true result.

Yeah they work as pregnancy tests and I don't think 10dpo wouldn't necessarily be too early to see it. I got a blazing positive on an OPK at 11dpo if I remember correctly.
