Hello,
Does this look positive or a evap line as I did look after the allocated time.

Any help would be appreciated 😘

I wouldn't say it was an Evap as looks in the correct place but very very faint.

Are you overdue your period or testing really early?

LittleRose12 · 23/04/2019 14:47

Well I'm not trying as got a 4 month old and haven't even had a period yet. Didn't think I could get pregnant without having a cycle?

Did it come up in the time frame? You could try putting a few drops of water where you'd put your pee. I read somewhere that if it's an evap adding water will make the line disappear/loss colour.

LittleRose12 · 23/04/2019 15:03

I did look like 10 mins later and okay I will try that thankyou!!

@LittleRose12 you don't need to have had a period to fall pregnant. You just need to ovulate.

My friend was bfeedjng her baby and no period and found out she was 17 weeks.

Wait another week or so and check again.

Good luck for the result and I hope you're ok with it ❤️

Try it out and update! I'm only 5dpo but peed on a test just because (even though I know these tests are super, super not sensitive). I was really surprised to see a line when I looked at the test after the time limit, it disappeared and became just a very clearly colourless indent line when I dipped it in water though. This hasn't happened with the times I've gotten positive tests, the line has always stayed then. So in my experience the water thing works.

LittleRose12 · 23/04/2019 16:05

So I just did the water trick you said and this is the result?

Those are the ones from the NHS? I had one that looked even more positive than yours and it turned out not to be (or at least was a chemical). Those are pretty low hcg level so I would get a frer and test again :)

Kel801 · 23/04/2019 16:28

I got pregnant without having a post baby period. I was still breast feeding my 4 month old, who I had had 3 rounds of IVF to conceive. These things do happen x

LittleRose12 · 24/04/2019 11:58

Okay thankyou all for your help!

@LittleRose12 were you pregnant? Maybe the water trick doesn't actually work cause I think I ovulated early and my "evap" was actually a positive.

LittleRose12 · 08/05/2019 23:05

Sorry for the late response been so busy.
Took another test today and it came out positive still light but much darker so not sure if I am definitely pregnant ordered more tests.

That looks positive to me, have you tried a frer?

LittleRose12 · 08/05/2019 23:11

No not yet. Have ordered some new tests.
Do you think it has got dark enough in 16 days to the last pictures ?

hewontstopshitting · 08/05/2019 23:18

It doesn’t seem very dark for 16 days, but is the line pink or grey?. If it’s pink then you are most likely pregnant

TildaTurnip · 08/05/2019 23:21

I think that looks positive too. Your first period comes at the end of your first cycle so you can get pregnant before you’ve had a period.

LittleRose12 · 08/05/2019 23:22

It's defiantly pink when I look in person. I'll wait and see what the new test says.
Compared to the test I took 16 days ago has got darker but not as much as I'd think it should x
