Spotting or period?

Hi everyone
This is my first post so hopefully it works.

I will be TTC next month (once maternity pay kicks in with work) so I have been watching this thread with interest .

I came off the pill in February. I had a natural period with a 34 day cycle. I am currently waiting for my April period and I’m now on cd 45.

My question is that on cd 31 I had 4 days of spotting. I also had period symptoms.

I’m confused as to whether this was my period or not? (There is 0% chance I am pregnant.)

Has anyone had any similar experiences? I hope you lovely ladies can help me stop worrying.

When i came off my pill i was having a cycle of 35 days. Then one week I came on my period a week earlier and that was the month I fell pregnant so it could be possible that was your period and your cycle length is reducing
