Period pains

LMP was 4-9th April which was lighter than usual. App said I was due to ovulate today (20th) but then when I added symptoms a few days ago it moved the date to the Wednesday before (17th). Since Tuesday 16th I’ve had period pains and sudden stabbing in one side that comes and goes but this is now day 5 of these cramps and pains I’m sure this can’t still be ovulation pains??

Sounds like they are to me. I get them for a few days on and off

I'm still new to learning what my body does as I only come off the mini pill in February. I seem to get pain one side that comes and goes on the first day with mild cramps. The cramps then last 4-5 days then stop. So it sounds like ovulation to me

I'm new to this so can't speak from experience (only been off the pill 3-4 weeks) but it does sound like ovulation! Good luck! :)

What app do you use?

I’ve been using flo app which seemed to be accurate until this month and AF decided to come 4 days early and turned my cycle from a 31 day to a 27 day cycle which was confusing enough. But previously could roughly pin point when I ovulated and now this month I’ve had 5 days of period cramps instead

Good that it generally predicts accurately :) I've been using Kindara but the problem I'm having is because I've only just stopped the pill and I didn't have the last withdrawal bleed I'm charting what I can but it's not helping with my predictions yet (also doesn't help I haven't had a real period either and no idea what my body is doing
