What are people’s opinions on exercising during the TWW? I am usually not much of a worrier but after two MC I find myself a bit over-cautious now we’re trying again.
I exercise regularly, running, spinning and circuits so all quite high intensity. If you Google it naturally the results are so conflicting, from ‘carry on and don’t worry’ to ‘cease all exercise from day of ovulation for a week’ etc! Just wondered what other people did - in the grand scheme of things I know two weeks of no running won’t hurt but it keeps my mind occupied during that dreaded two week window!
