Test help - evaporation line or not?

Hi all. We have been TTC for well over a year now. I've gone through a ridiculous amount of tests and never had a BFP or event a faint line. I've only got some cheapos at the moment and would appreciate help as to whether this is just an evaporation line, or potentially a positive? 16 days PO (confirmed) today.
