Metformin SR

I’m new here!
My husband and I have been ttc for 3 years and have not got anywhere 😩
Yesterday I started Metformin SR and have felt nauseous since taking my first tablet.
Is this normal?
will it go away?
Any success stories to keep me motivated 🤞🏼?

I'm on Metformin, however not SR. An upset stomach is the most common side effect, I had awful nausea and diarrhoea when I first started that probably lasted a week or two. It is perfectly normal, albeit unpleasant, just persevere and it should go away!
I've also read that avoiding certain foods can help.
No success story as of yet but I've only been on Metformin since November. Good luck! x
