It could be positive but it's not a reliable result after the timeframe.

I've had tests show completely positive after a few hours, but I wasn't pregnant.

Pink dye are better. I would buy a different test and try again in the morning (or in a few days if you can wait that long!) It looks like there could be a line on the inverted picture. I had a total squinter when I tested early with blue dye (I’ve attached it for comparison) and I’m currently 16 weeks.
