Pain every day since ovulation

Im 5dpo today but every day since ovulation ive had pains mostly dull ache pains in my left ovary area which i do usually get during ovulating, also had a sharp shooting pain sort of central vaginal area yesterday that went as quick as it came, too early for implantation though so any ideas? Or just one of those things??

I think just one of those things. I ache for quite a few days after/around ovulation and again before AF.

I am the same in terms of ovary discomfort also get hip pain but normal for me over the last few months of TTC so not reading into it too much. Am 5dpo
