Hey all so i dont understand this atall? Ive measured my temp today and its 36.05c. Measuring under the tounge as soon as i wake up. How is this suppose to help me know when im ovulating?

You can't tell anything from one temperature. You need to monitor over a few months before you get out of bed and after a minimum 3 hours sleep.

Gradually a pattern will build up. A standard, lower bbt pre ovulation, sometimes an ovulation dip and then a 0.2 degree spike upwards after ovulation until you get AF or BFP. If BFP it will stay higher or you can predict AF coming (well I can) by a drop back down to pre ovulation temperature
