Night time nausea.. ovulation or a sign of possible pregnancy?

Hey ladies, I was wondering if anyone could help. I’ve been experiencing really bad nausea the last 3 days. Only between 7pm+. I thought I was ovulating as have had EWCM so have been DTD lots the last two weeks (more so the last week).

Anyone ever had night time nausea with ovulation or should I do a test if it carries on? Have tested yesterday an it was BFN but the nausea has returned tonight.

I'm 10 days late and having the same sort of problem, been waking up in the night to be sick. But I had been drinking those nights, but only had 2 drinks so not sure what causes it. Feel abit nauseous now nut think that's in the head..

I've had BFNs so far but no AF ans no sign of her at all :(
