Concerned I am having another miscarriage

Feeling very confused.
Had a miscarriage on 14th Feb and my pregnancy symptoms went pretty much straight away.
Had sex around a week after. Then on 28th February pregnancy symptoms came back with tingley boobs and bloated belly.

Had a light period on 16th March so thought perhaps I was imagining symptoms but they persisted.

Did a pregnancy test 31st March but BFN. As symptoms continued I thought perhaps tested too early. And now today I had a little bit of brown/ then pinkish blood. Not due for another week.

This is how my last miscarriage started so even though I haven't even got a BFP yet I'm worried I'm miscarrying again. I know it sounds weird concerned without a positive pregnancy test but have no clue what to do. Panicking and looking for similar experiences?

I'm sorry for your loss. It seems so cruel for the symptoms to come back after a miscarriage. I was convinced I was pregnant again but knew there was a chance I was deluding myself. Will try and get pregnancy thoughts out of my head for a while but easier say than done. Thank you for sharing your experiences x

I had the same. Had a miscarriage in December and then the second cycle after that I felt soooo pregnant, really nauseous and tired plus my period was late. I definitely wasn't pregnant though. The cycle after that I actually was pregnant but no symptoms and it ended as quickly as it began.

If you're pregnant enough that you're having symptoms you'd get a positive test. I agree that it's probably just your body and cycles getting back to normal. Hopefully you're pregnant again soon.

Thank you for sharing. I have felt like I'm going crazy, had no idea symptoms could come bk. How long did you have symptoms for? Had mine for just over a month now and want things to just go back to normal x
