Metallic taste in mouth caused by prenatal vitamins?

I took one pill of pregnacare a week ago, last Thursday, since that time I have that metallic taste in my mouth, it doesn't go away, I had that for a day before I took one as well but it went away, I am just wondering, can it be from taking this one pill a week ago? 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

Nad news everyone, on Friday I got my period 🤷🏻‍♀️ I dont know whats wrong and I am going to doctors tomorrow....Never had any cramps, just pain in my back, it came very light and brown and later heavier with clots and I am still having it 🤷🏻‍♀️ it became little lighter now and more brownish...anyway I think it was worst of possible, thank you guys anyway for support ❤️
