Clearblue opk - HELP

Hey guys , wondering if anyone's seen this or has any advice?

Had this this morning , had flashy smileys for around 4 days so was expecting a solid smiley but the test looks weird, have I somehow messed it up ? Should I even take it as a peak or does it matter since it measures hormones and were told not to look at the lines? Any help appreciated x

The first month I used the CB OPKs I got a flashing smiley every day, and no static smiley.
The second month I got 4 flashing smileys before my static
The third month (this month) I got 2 no smileys, 1 flashing smiley, then the static

Each month I started testing on day 9... I have used the same test reader all 3 months so I'm not sure if it needs the first month to "learn" your levels, and then the readings become more accurate?

Sorry I forgot to post the picture !! I've been using these for a while I know they differ each month but I've never seen one like this?

I think you are supposed to use a new reader each month not reuse one
