Feeling nauseous around ovulation time

Does anyone else get this? I've really noticed it this month. I am CD9 and normally ovulate cd11-24 and I've felt slightly nauseous all day.

It's the natural rise in progesterone x

Omg yes me. I’m currently debating if I can face some breakfast when normally I’m all over brekkie!

Kam610 · 03/04/2019 10:39

Yes! This is my first cycle after coming off the pill, today is the day I'm meant to ovulate, and the last 2 days I have been very nauseated. Wasn't sure i would even ovulate this month because I'm so fresh off the pill but if this is a common symptom then maybe I am!

Gettingonabitnow · 03/04/2019 11:55

I’m cycle two off the pill!

Comps83 · 03/04/2019 14:56

Maybe that explains why I’ve felt ropey all day

Comps83 · 04/04/2019 15:31

Now I’ve got a terribly bad stomach too

Kam610 · 04/04/2019 16:24

Comps I too have a strange feeling in my stomach. Had slight cramps earlier and now it just feels heavy. I thought yesterday was my ovulation day so DTD last night but think it might be today! Also have the worst headache Sad

Gettingonabitnow · 04/04/2019 22:40

I’m feeling very 🤢 can’t even eat and got period type pains but negative ovulation stick!

Kam610 · 05/04/2019 08:38

@Gettingonabitnow have you been monitoring CM? I havnt been using OPKs but tracking CM.

TheVanguardSix · 05/04/2019 08:43

Not every month. Sometimes ovulation passes by without a hitch. But mostly, I get terrible cramps, nausea, and just feel like shit. I've always had to deal with mittelschmerz and nausea. At the very time we're meant to be 'making babies', we can feel our worst. It's not fair, is it?
I'm 47 now. So having more kids is not at all on my agenda. But I'm still left with the ovulation blues for a few more years.

Ellabella989 · 05/04/2019 08:46

I always feel awful around ovulation like I have a stomach bug. I get nausea, horrible bloating and period cramps. I feel like this again a few days before my period

Redorangeyellowgreen · 05/04/2019 08:53

I always feel terrible around ovulation. It makes no sense to me as I thought it was meant to be the time when you're feeling you're best!

Ellabella989 · 05/04/2019 08:58

I used to always feel great around ovulation but when I got to about the age of 28 onwards I started to feel horrendous and every month around that time. So annoying!

Gettingonabitnow · 05/04/2019 19:38

Kam610 yeah I have - first bit of ewcm today but not much. Negative opk again today

maria111111 · 15/10/2019 17:08

I’m exactly the same. Nausea but also anxiety. Anyone else?
