How long do you generally let the swimmers 'do their thing' before going to the loo afterwards? How much do you think it matters?

When we conceived dd1, I had my legs up for about 30 mins.

When we conceived dd2 (23 weeks pregnant with her now) I was straight up and immediately went to the toilet.

In all honesty, I don't think it really makes much difference.
