Could this be it? I've had dull ache on and off for a week but today I have this warming/hot sensation in my lower belly, like the bikini line... It's not painful, I just don't recognise this feeling! I'm about 10-12 DPO I reckon. Have done 3 tests so far and got BFNs on all, but I know I've been testing quite early.
Anyone had/having something similar and got BFP?
