Lengthening Luteal phase

Has anyone used b6 vitamins or progesterone supplements to lengthen their luteal phase successfully?

I've been using B6 and it has helped, lengthened a few days and reduced spotting a lot.
I'm trying Angus castus this month to see if it helps even more!

@bunhead34 please can you tell me what dosage you use? X

Tefiti2 · 25/03/2019 17:47

Yes, I took 10mg vitamin b6 daily on top of my regular conception vitamins, which also have b6 in them. After 2 cycles I was luckily enough to get a BFP after trying for a year - will never know if it was a fluke or b6!

@bunhead34 @Tefiti2 how short were your luteal phases before and after if you can remember?

@Tefiti2 thank you. I will give it a go. I luckily have no problem getting pregnant but just can't seem to keep it. I've had 3 miscarriages now and think it's due to my short luteal period. I just don't know though but will try anything! x

I was the same @kittycat01 - I had 2 early miscarriages so was willing to try anything. Good luck xx

@Tefiti2 are you pregnant now or had a successful pregnancy following taking the b6? If so, how far along are you? Did you continue taking the same dosage of b6 throughout your pregnancy? x
