I just wanted to write for anyone searching this as I know I did. I miscarried my first pregnancy at 6 weeks. We decided to try straight away without waiting fir another period and I fell pregnant again. We now have a healthy 6mo old boy. Although he did arrive 5 weeks early which would have coincidentally be a similar time the first pregnancy was due. I hope this gives hope to anyone out there, doing desperate searches like I did.
