Bleeding mid cycle - can anyone advise :(

Hi I have been TTC for a few months. I'm on CD 15 and started bleeding yesterday, this morning the blood is bright red.

Has anyone else experienced this? Is it a period? I'm really confused.

I can't offer any advice however when I've seen people post about this in the past people have always advised them to see a doc.

I’ve had mid-cycle bleeding. Usually only a tiny amount (probably an ovulation bleed) but once or twice a bit more. Went to the doctor and was booked in for a hysteroscopy to look for polyps. Nothing found, and no explanation really. Just that everything looked normal.

So I’d advise seeing your doctor although you may not get an answer.

I subsequently had 2 normal pregnancies (wasn’t TTC at the time of the hysteroscopy but we started a year or 2 later).
