Period two days late

Hi my period is 2 days late and bfn on test any ideas,my period is normal regularly

Do you track ovulation at all?
If you ovulated late (which can happen for many reasons - illness, stress, travel, just because) your period will be late by the same number of days.
If you are to be pregnant this cycle, a positive test would also show later if your ovulation was late.

I tried to track ovulation till cycle day 11 couldnt get a postive test but now my period is late flow says i ovulation on cycle day 16
