Egg reserve results. Confused

Does anyone know much about the egg reserve blood test and what is normal to fall pregnant at age 34 xx

From my tests results, normal range is between 7 and 48 or so. But AMH doesn't tell you much about egg quality (ie how easy it will be to have a healthy pregnancy) just an indication of how long you might be fertile for and how you might respond to IVF drugs.
