Period due today, although not tracking ovulation so 🤷‍♀️ Did this ic this morning and after about 10 mins got this line which does look pink but dunno it a bit thin. Obviously what I should do is just wait a few more days but who doesn’t love looking at tests huh! Opinion please ladies?... am I up the duff?

I'd be inclined to say evap as the darker part of the line is v.v. skinny - it should be a thick line for a BFP.

Thanks twigandgiggleberries this was my concern.. oh well, can only wait and hope. Going out with friends tonight for only second time since first baby and was hoping I’d know for sure and either be able to drink or share some good news. C’est la vie!

Hmmm maybe I should nannypear I have more faith in them than the ics. I’ve tried not to buy any frers as trying to curb my expensive poas habit and just use the ics but, I think maybe a frer is justified today. Will update.. (goes to pour glass of water down the sink in an attempt to concentrate wee)

Definite positive. I’ve done three million of those and nothing comes up until you’re preg. You’d get a decent line on a FRER by now.

I would say that's a positive. Get a FRER to confirm but it looks pretty clear to me.

I did another ic from a different batch and that was also negative so think it was just a dodgy batch. The line was thin although did have colour to it. Just thought I’d update for info. Period still not arrived so keeping fingers crossed that it was a late ovulation and there is still a small chance I might be pregs.

@Lovechild2016 my IC last night was super faint, but pink and thick. One this morning was BFN.

whyhaveidonethis oh I’m sorry! I wonder there are some dodgy ics about? Are you sure your urine wasn’t really dilute? Maybe check again later..?

I think if you're going out, maybe try a frer just to put your mind at rest a bit. Best of luck x

@Lovechild2016 I just tested with a FRER and got a BFN.

Thought I would update. After several more ‘negative’ ic tests and then the arrival of my period (which was very light brown with no cramps) I dutifully started tracking my bbt (with a view to track ovulation). Realised today all my temps have been >36.9 and so did a test and have confirmed pregnant on a digital. Dunno what the weird thin line was on the ic and bit concerned about the bleeding but hopefully all will be ok!

Also whoopsy for the glass of wine I had 😳 lucky it was just one!
