I completed my miscarriage by 26th June. This morning i am now feeling sick and nauseous, we started trying again straight away. I don't want to get my hopes up because last friday i did a test (wishful thinking) and it was negative. I also think now would be too soon to be having symptoms, but do you think i could be pregnant again already?

Hi Loiuse. So sorry to hear about your m/c. Hope you are feeling fine. Do you know whether you have ovulated already? If you did ovulate, I guess there's a good chance you might be pg. I have read about loads of women who got pg straight after m/c without getting their 1st post m/c bleed. So, good luck!

I don't know if i have ovulated or not, i did have some twinges and thought i was coming on but nothing.

what about CM? i know you can ovulate if your HCG levels dropped down low enough. do you what your hcg levels are now? mine took ages to go down after m/c. but i ovulated about3 weeks after the levels went down to 0 and hpt test were BFN.

I tested on friday and it was bfn so i am guessing that they are back to normal but i was not tested at the hospital or afterat my doctors so i do not know when they actually went down etc. I have been getting cramps which i though was me coming on but i have just been looking on the internet and that can be a sign of early pregnancy which i did not know. I lost my baby at 12 weeks 3 days if that has any effect on how quickly or slowly i can conceive. I have also been eating loads again which is what happened early in last pregnancy. but i still don't know whether it would still be too early to test again. Seeing as i do not know when my af was or is due!
