Good evening, please may I have some advice?

I had my first period 35 days after stopping the pill. It was a normal period lasting 4 days with the usual symptoms of period cramps, bloating etc.

Please note, I was only on the combined pill for around 6 months.

Today marks 35 days since my last period and I have no sign or symptoms of another one coming. I have had regular unprotected sex with my partner since. Would it be too soon to show a positive if I was expecting?

Do you know when you ovulated? How long are your cycles do you think (might be difficult to say under the circumstances).

@bitheby maybe 10-ish days ago? I'm honestly not confident. Cycle wise I would say around the 30 day mark.

The earliest tests say that they are effective 6 days before the first day of your missed period so in effect 5 days before your expected next period but everyone will be different depending on how quickly implantation took place.

Some people get results 9 days past ovulation. I'm 10DPO today and had a negative test this morning.

Only way to know is to test really and the longer you leave it, if you are pregnant the more likely you are to pick it up on a test.
