Hi I’m 31 and my husband and I have just started trying for a baby naturally without trying to stress too much. The first month hasn’t took and I am quite sad but know it’s early days! I suffer with severe anxiety and to be honest I would just like some advice or tips on trying as I don’t have many friends who have had babies. Sorry if I sound like a total newb.

Hi op.

It depends what approach you're wanting to take. I personally used ovulation kits and preseed but depends if you're wanting to track etc.

Some people do temping however I'm not sure how that works / how to track.

Ultimately, if you're dtd every other day or so throughout your cycle, hopefully you'll catch on.

Good luck xx

Hi Op, it's very early days.
I have been ttc for about 7 months now. I'm 28 and have a healthy little girl already. I had no idea it would take ages.

I have not had any success getting positive readings from cheapy ovulation tests so have just purchased some clear blue ones. Fingers crossed they'll help.

Ttc, I've found, can be v emotional and that turns into stressful! Try not to become obsessive like me 😂 and hop onto some of the TWW threads to help you through the wait.
