Hi guys
Starting the SMEP (sperm meets egg) method for the first time this month.. on month 4 of trying for baby #1 Smile anyone tried it? Please share your experiences!

I tried last month and nothing :( going to try again this month and if nothing still then I’m
Gonna go back to just relaxed sex as such x

@Lammoshay oh no! Fingers crossed for this month! We've been trying SMEP but we missed the third day when you have to do it 3 days in a row post positive opk as just too tired! It does take it out of you doesn't it!
