Very faint positive or am I going mad?!?

I’m TTC, first child, month 4. Took a test 10 DPO, definitely negative. Now 13 DPO, period is 1 day late. Took a test this evening, fed up of waiting, and got this! My DH (dear husband) says he can definitely see a line too, but it’s so faint I’m worried I’m imagining things! I’m pretty new to this, help! Can anyone else see a line or am I mad?

It was pinker IRL than in the images (I even asked DH because I was worried about evap). 😕

I see a line but no colour. Looks about as faint as the ones I was getting but then getting negs before , after and inbetween. I suggest leaving it a few days and testing again

If it helps, with both my pregnancies I didn't get a line until my period was late.

I’ve never been more than 4 days late (and that only once, cycle is usually 28-29 days. On day 32 now). So if nothing By Wednesday morning I’ll test again yeah? 🤔

I can see a faint line I had this too, bu the evening the line was much more visible. Have you tried it in different lights? I could see it better in the bathroom light that I could in the bedroom as DH kept saying there was no line when I showed him in the bedroom!

Yes! I can see it better under a bright light, and quite clearly if I hold it at a slight angle. I’m hoping if I test in a few days it will be clearer. 😕

I can see a shadow of a line and it's more likely positive than negative, but you do need to see colour to rule out an evap. Given your period is late is expext the line to be darker now.... how long did you hold your urine for before testing and have you drunk a lot of fluids today? I can't believe you have the patience to wait until Wednesday to test again? FMU tomorrow morning and I think you'll have a clearer positive... good luck!

Thinking about it I’ve been trying to only drink water recently (be healthier when TTC blah, etc.) and it was evening urine so that might be something 🤷🏻‍♀️

I don’t know if I will wait until Wednesday but I’d rather get my period than another maybe, if you get me? 🤔

Also, I don’t ovulate until day 18/19/20 so maybe late implantation? I have got a fair few signs including copious amounts of creamy CM, when usually I dry up completely, and my BBT isn’t coming down when it usually steadily does. 😕

Update: still no AF, been too scared to test yet but might have to tomorrow/Thursday. Still have all the symptoms, including lots of CM, high firm and closed CP. Also this morning my BBT spike way higher than it ever has (they’ve been between 36.10 and 36.70 since ovulation, but 37.01 this morning!).

I’m just a bit fed up now, because if AF is coming I’d rather sooner than later! 😞

I’ve just done a FRER which was totally blank. So my previous ones must have been evaps. You can see why I was sceptical though.

Yeah . But mine are evap lines. I’m deffo not pregnant . Maybe I should leave off the cheap tests .
