5/6 DPO Pains?

Anyone else have pains around 5/6 DPO?

I'm 6DPO and yesterday and today so far I've had a real painful ache to the bottom left of my belly button?

No dip in temps yesterday so not sure it's implantation related.

I'd like to be optimistic but I can't help but feel it could just be digestion related as I get bouts of IBS - though it does feel slightly different Confused

I'm 6dpo and have been having light period like cramps for the past 2 days (not due for another week) which have just stopped this afternoon. No dip but I did have a massive spike in temp this morning (second since ovulating)

I'm trying to not read too much into it
