3 BFP and now negatives with CB?

Hi,

I posted before but just looking for extra advice. I've not been ttc so unaware of my cycle etc. Missed a few days of my pill a couple of weeks ago, feeling funny so tested.

Had three faint, but coloured lines. Testing today, after a few days, and two BFN.

I'm just very confused. Why would strips show clearly coloured lines but CB show negative? Also a random cheapy off Amazon (which has bad reviews to be fair).

I will attach photos of tests when I took them a few days ago (first two). Third photo is of a test I took two days ago (I put alongside the others for reference where the line is).

Today, nothing.

I can’t see any lines on any of these. They all look neg to me. Sorry if that’s not what you want to hear!

The lines are more spaced out in these, so maybe you're looking at the wrong bit? There's definitely red, albeit faint, lines to the right. Maybe the tests are just dodgy :(

I think they're evap lines. They look grey and thin to me. Maybe try a first response if you're still unsure.

Wasn't looking tc but feel rather confused, gutted and silly. Had a few people look at them who were convinced/convinced me they were positive as they look quite pink/red in real life. Strange all 3 would have evap lines, but hey ho

That's understandable what has your partner said? Maybe you could discuss ttc and see what page you're both on?

If there's colour in them in real life, I'd invest in a pink dye test and try again.

Thanks for that. We've decided to just come off contraception and see what happens.

I'm only 25, so still young and there's no rush.

I'll wait a week and see if the frer shows (if I'm still having symptoms and no af). It's such a weird feeling of confusion, disappointment etc.

We're not going to go down the route of tracking ovulation etc as we're quite laid back people and happy for nature to run its course - if that makes sense?

I’ve just done another test . Another negative . I’ve got all symptoms of AF but nothing as yet .

@Comps83 Funny how we've had the same experience. Couldn't help myself and had to test early! 🤦‍♀️ Still no af here either and I still feel sick, etc.

The having to wait is awful! Can't imagine doing this for months on end. How do folk function with this weight on them?!

Least I can enjoy my trip out tomorrow and have a few drinks
