TTC and no LH surge

Hi guys
I’m 27, husband is 32. Been ttc now for 4 months for our first child. I have been using clear blue ovulation sticks. I have had very regular cycles (28 days) and my period would also come right on time. On cycle 3 I tried pregnacare conception tablets. On that cycle clearblue didn’t give me a positive LH surge on day 14 (which did happen in the first 2 cycles). Didn’t test the next day as was going abroad. Came on 1-2 days late that month which is v unusual for me Confused- looked up pregnacare and saw lots of reviews about women’s cycles being messed up. I got scared and switched back to just folic acid. So now it’s month 4 of ttc, been using clearblue sticks again. On day 15 today but no LH surge - I’m so confused as the first two months I had an LH surge at exactly the same time (day 14). Anyone experienced anything similar? Is it possible that I’m just missing my surge? Although I’m
Doing it in the same way I did the first two months

The more closely you track your fertility signs, the more you'll realise how much variation there is every month even with a seemingly very regular cycle. The human body is amazing but it's not a machine! Things like traveling can affect the timing as well. There's no point worrying too much about predicting the future based on previous months -- all you can really do is work out what's going on each month as it happens.

Hope that helps!
