Can any help with this, I have Googled and although plenty of people have asked I can't really find many answers... Is lower back pain a symptom of implantation? I thought we DTD outside of my ovulation window this month, but yesterday, about 5 DPO, I had some pink spotting and at the same time, lower back pain started. I haven't had any spotting today but the pain is still there.
