I'd take great delight in winding him up. When dh went for his last test the lady dealing with him told him a "funny" story about another gent who was busy producing a sample when the window cleaner appeared at the window (he hadn't expected it on the 4th floor!). It did give DH a little stage fright, but he also said the porn was rubbish!

He's come to terms with it now, and luckily has some banked from before his treatement (he only has one ball due to testicular cancer, but the chemo lead to a hormone issue, and they are looking into whether its the hormone problem or the hormone replacement which has lead to the 0count). Tell your man good luck, and enjoy his 5 finger shuffle, it sounds much nicer than all you have had to do!
