16dpo 2 days late and BFN?

Anyone had a late BFP? I’m pretty sure when I ovulated as I’ve been using OPK strips and been BD on time. I was due on yesterday but nothing. I tested yesterday with PM wee and BFN. What’s the best test to use or should most pick it up by now even with PM wee? I have back ache and some other symptoms but nothing that couldn’t be AF hiding just round the corner. I’m 39 TTC no2 for forever.

I didn't get my first bfp with my ds until I was 18dpo. There is still time.
