I have the implant in and it's getting to the 3year Mark to get it out... but it's started to hurt... can someone tell me if this is normal or not

I've had 2 implants for their full life cycle and mine never started to hurt when it was coming to the end. Definitely get a GP appointment id say just to check/renewed xx
