TTC with possible testicular cancer

Hi just wondering if it's possible to become pregnant whilst your partner has this and didn't know?. We've been trying for a year and now my DH has found a lump so is under the hospital we was just wondering if this is what could of caused us not to become pregnant if it is that god forbid it's not but it's possible Sad

Not sure.

I do know that varicoceles can reduce sperm count (often quite drastically) and cause a lump in the testicles too.
