First morning pee at 12 days late?

I am 12 days late for my period and I am wanting to take a test either today or tomorrow. At 12 days late, would the test show as positive midday rather than waiting until tomorrow for the morning pee? Not sure whether my HCG levels would be high enough

If you're 12 days late any time of the day should be reliable
