Ok so we are trying to conceive my first child (husband already has from previous relationship) AF is due to arrive on Thursday and I got this test this morning, I know it's positive but would people say it's a good positive that I shouldn't worry too much about it being a CP as I've read so many stories that people test early but then it's gone? Thanks

I’d go buy a first response just to be sure! Good luck 🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞

Steffas17 · 04/03/2019 07:29

Thanks @Perty01234 do you think a FRER would be more accurate? These tests are 10mul sensitive which is the same as FRER isn't it?

Looks like a strong positive for me! Definitely worth another test for certainty though :)
Good luck!

cargghhh · 04/03/2019 07:40

I would say that's strong positive! Try not to worry about what might happen and enjoy right now. Today, you are pregnant SmileSmileSmile congratulations!!

LadyOfTheFlowers · 04/03/2019 07:41

I'm out of touch with all the abbreviations these days but that's a positive test. And a dark one if you're resting 4 days early. This type of test never failed me on detecting correctly

Congrats

keepforgettingmyusername · 04/03/2019 07:44

It's a strong positive, that doesn't guarantee that you won't have a CP but today you are pregnant

Steffas17 · 04/03/2019 08:14

Thanks everyone, I'll test again maybe Wednesday and keep my fingers crossed

Looks like a very strong positive. Congrats!!

Desmondo2016 · 04/03/2019 12:25

Why are people advising to test again? I honestly don't get this mindset on here. That's a clear positive so what on earth will testing again achieve?

BudgieBird · 04/03/2019 12:43

Any line's a positive and that certainly is a line! Right now there's nothing you can do to prevent a CP so relax and be happy Smile

Best of luck!

ree348 · 04/03/2019 12:54

More chances of getting a correct positive than a wrong negative!

Congrats :-)

CoachBombay · 04/03/2019 18:51

Desmondo I agree with you, no need for a FRER or any other test, that's positive and clearly so.

Purchasing a more expensive pregnancy test and pissing on it isn't going to prevent pregnancy loss! What will be will be from this point on, good luck OP 💐

Steffas17 · 04/03/2019 21:07

Thanks @CoachBombay @Desmondo2016 fingers crossed 🤞🏻🤰🏻
