TWW and kidney infection

Just wondered if anyone else had anything similar or any words of reassurance. I’ve been TTC #2 for 6 months now and haven’t had any luck so far. This month I did Clearblue digital ovulation sticks, high fertility last Saturday and peak on Sunday so DTD Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. I’d had mild symptoms of a UTI but they’d gone away until later this week and it’s developed into a kidney infection so I’ve got some strong antibiotics.

Pretty certain I ov’d on Tuesday so should be 5dpo today but surely this is unlikely to be a successful month with a kidney infection? Anyone had anything similar?

Having a UTI shouldn’t effect your chances as it’s a different part of anatomy so don’t write it off just yet, not to get your hopes up but in both my pregnancies the first and only clue was the feeling of an impending urine infection! Good luck

Ahh thank you, that makes me feel a bit better. Have had loads of things going wrong recently so a bfp would be nice!
