Medicines during TWW

Hi all, just started the TWW and got slammed by lurgy. Are there any medicines I should avoid that decrease the likelihood of implantation? I've only taken paracetamol and Throat Coat tea so far, but I honestly want to reach for the co-codamol because paracetamol on its own does nothing for me.

I have no scientific background whatsoever, but would think you'd be fine using co-codemol - it's is prescribed for pregnant women when paracetamol is not enough.
