Confused about OPK

So i’ve been using OPKs for the first time this month. My question is how vital is it to do it at the same time every day. I have done mine at various points in the last 5 days due to working shifts.I think my line is getting darker but i have never seen a peak yet :( according to my app i have just finished my fertile window. Have i missed it or will i keep POS for a few more days?!

Each time I've been ttc I've done one opk a day until the line started to get darker then started doing two a day. One early to mid morning and one early to mid evening. If you really wanted to be more accurate and pinpoint it exactly you could do three a day. Morning, afternoon, evening. Apps aren't always 100% accurate so don't worry too much. You may have had your peak already but just not done an opk at that time. Don't worry too much about doing them at exactly the same time each day as long as it's roughly the same sort of time. I personally keep doing opk's until they're negative but it's up to you. Good luck.
