Hi, I’ve been charting my bbt, would my temp still be rising the way it has been if I wasn’t pregnant? Apologies for the couple of open circles, it’s hard to test when I don’t have to get up on my 4am days but they are only an hr or so later :-) also my resting heart rate has gone up from 60 bpm to 69bpm (on my Fitbit app)

How come you don't have the crosshairs to show that you ovulated? Is it because of missing temperatures before when you think you ovulated?

It looks like you could be either 9dpo or 11dpo and the average luteal phase is 14 days so you should know in the next few days!

Yes, I got frustrated with it to be honest, 2nd year of trying after a miscarriage. In early December the fertility clinic told me I wasnt ovulating and to lose an extra 1.5 stone (on top of the 1 I had lost) before I could have clomid, well I’m only a few lbs off that and for the first time ever I noticed ewcm and then had again my first positive opk. So I started tempted the morning after. Those temps are higher than any previous. I can only hope I have actually ovulated this month
