Lithium and Pregnancy

Hi everyone. I stopped my lithium cold turkey a couple days ago because I have a really good chance that I might end up pregnant. I was not planning on getting pregnant right now, but if I do get pregnant I do not want to risk harming the baby.
Today I woke up extremely nauseous. I keep feeling like I might throw up and it feels like motion sickness. I have stopped my meds before suddenly and have not gotten nauseous from it. I am really confused on if this might be an early pregnancy sign or if it is from stopping my lithium. I have googled this and I cannot find anything on physical withdrawal symptoms from lithium.
I know I need to consult my doctor and I plan on making an appointment if I find out I am pregnant. I am only currently 8dpo so I am not sure if it would be too soon to have any pregnancy symptoms.
I appreciate any and all advice or experience you may have.
