Spotting cycle day 40

So I’ve had some really light pink spotting today, no sign of Af though, any ideas?

You said you had a MC in jan right? I think it’s probably messed up your cycle a bit. You might not have ovulated last month so might not get AF properly. Or it might just be a bit late, I also had a MC late Jan/early Feb and I think I’ve ovulated but much later than I would have. Not much you can do beyond keep tracking it. Sorry for your loss.
