Faint line on cheapie but BFN on FRER

Hi everyone, I’m new here so bear with me.

I’m on CD25 of a regular 28 day cycle and 3 days ago (CD22) had a faint line on a cheap strip test. So today I took a FR early detection with FMU but if came up BFN 😞

The line on the cheap test came up within the 5mins and has stayed, could it just have been an evap?

What do you think, is there still hope?

Also been having LOADS of what looks like ewcm, but more milky in colour.

Waiting for AF is torture!

I can't see the picture but I got faint lines on my internet cheapies a few days before FRER. Fingers crossed!

BabyNameDilemma, okay so there is still a little hope. I just thought the FRER would have picked it up at 3/4 days before AF.

I can’t really offer advice but thought I’d share what I’m going through and maybe that could help, so I’m getting faint positives on the cheapies too but took a FRER and stark negative, I’ll attach pictures to show.

Exact same as me Kay98!! What CD are you on?

I have 3 cheapies that all look like that though, all with the line in the same place Suzie2287, but I'm thinking they might be evap because they're so thin.

Will test tomorrow morning again and see.

Rebekah, I’m on CD 40 but I had a miscarriage last January so I’m unsure, when I ovulated or when I was due on, gonna wait and see

I'd believe the FRER over the internet cheap test. They are really sensitive and have shown up all of my pregnancies at 9/10 dpo

Sorry for your loss. I'm feeling quietly optimistic for the both of us but trying not to get my hopes up too much at the same time.

Hi I’m new to this and this is my first post. I’m forever on mums net for answers but never joined, so here goes. I really need help as I’m going insane here. Ive got one child and trying to conceive.
My period arrived on time this month but only lasted two - three days and was a lot lighter than usual (im never all that heavy) but this was defo lighter. After I finished for several days I am not spotting. This has never happend to me before. I put it down to having a stressful month. However me being me and overthinking I took a clear blue non digital pregnancy test.

My results are confusing me the control line is defo blue but the result line looks grey. Please can someone tell me if this is a evap line or not. I took the test around 2 pm and had a wee just an hour before so I’m unsure if it’s coz i had a wee to soon. I also got a little on the window. Has anyone had same experience as me? I’d love to know

If you are new you can't add a picture for a certain amount of time.

I think it must have been false positives because I took a test this morning and negative with fmu

Update!

So I took a cheap co-op test this morning and a line came up at the 5min mark (results say read within 10mins, discard after 15mins), definitely there, but there's still not a lot of colour to it?

With the same sample took a cheapie strip test, the ones I had been getting really thin fain lines on but it came back BFN!!

AF due on Monday. Reckon it's time for a digi test? Might splash out on a CB weeks indicator double pack...

Kay98- Still no AF though?

Rebekah, no af but I am getting some spotting, just light pink spotting nothing else. No normal af symptoms, I’m kinda stuck on what to do now.

Af is here, almost two weeks late as well, oh well at least we can try again

@MillicanoKenco I really hope so, but just did a ClearBlue Early detection and it was completely negative...

Wasn't FMU though, but was a pack of two so I can try again in the morning.

You’re better off sticking with pink dye and also using a pot not peeing straight on the stick. That test looks slightly flooded and also CB with be a stronger test so if you’re not getting clear (no matter how faint) positives on pink dye you’re probably wasting your cb x

Okay so no period (it was due on Monday) and I’m usually like clockwork.

Negative Morrison’s own brand test yesterday morning.

Another very faint line on co-operative test this morning.

Either these co-op tests are actually really sensitive, or they’re a huge pile of rubbish and my late period being late is a cruel joke!

Going to try again with FRER in a couple days if still no period.
