When do you count 1dpo

Just wondering.... I had two days of strong positive OPKs on CD33 and CD34. This was last Friday and Saturday. When would you say i was 1dpo? Sunday or Monday?

Probably Sunday I think? Although, guess it could be either as it can be within 48 hours of the test being positive.
