My body is so confusing

Just after a bit of advice really as I'm so confused by my body.

My periods have been semi-regular (normally 28-32 days bar one random 40 day one) for the last 6 months after coming off the depo. However today I've started bleeding on CD14. Partner & I DTD on CD9, but I feel that this is far too early for it to be implantation. I've done a CB ovulation & a cheapie & both are stark negatives. What could this bleeding be?

When I came off the depo I had weird spotting for about a year, I wish I could tell you why but I can’t.. some months I’d have regular periods and think I was setting up a cycle, then it’d randomly through out a day of spotting for now reason.
